Flute, Clarinet, Saxophone, Oboe, and Bassoon Lessons

Beginner and Intermediate lessons in all woodwind band instruments are taught by Adam Truesdale. His lessons are taught on Monday afternoons in room 311 of building C. (Mr. Truesdale also teaches brass instruments.)

Adam Truesdale is a graduate of Samford University where he received a Bachelor’s in Music Education and a Master’s of Science in Instructional Leadership. Mr. Truesdale is currently serving as Director of Bands at Leeds Middle School.

Previously, Mr. Truesdale served as Associate Director of Bands at Tuscaloosa County High School. He has directed award winning concert bands, marching bands, percussion ensembles, and jazz bands.

As a private instructor, Mr. Truesdale’s students have consistently made All-state and All-district bands.

Mr. Trusedale’s performing accomplishments include being selected as a finalist in the Concerto Aria contest, performing with the Sherwood Orchestra, The Alabama Symphony Orchestra, Vulcan Bones, and Tuscaloosa Winds.
