New Discount Policy for Music & Art!

Hello Conservatory Parents, Musicians, Artists, and Dancers!!!

We are so excited for the Fall semester here at the Conservatory at First Baptist Church Trussville! In only a couple short weeks, music lessons, art classes, and dance classes will be starting up again! If you are interested in taking…

Piano, Voice, Guitar, Cello, Violin, Trumpet, Drums,

Musicianship, Art, or Dance

Please register today! If you’ve already registered, GREAT! Please let me know if you have any questions!

*PLEASE NOTE*

For those of you who have taken music lessons in the past, please know that registration for EACH semester is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Our instructors have limited space available, so we are scheduling times as people register. You are not guaranteed the same time and day as last year, so register just as soon as you can! We will do our best to accommodate your desired time and day for lessons, depending on what’s available at the time you register.

Also, we have a new discount policy this year for Music & Art tuition! (this does not apply to Dance)

Public Discount Policy: Music and Art Tuition cost is $350 per child. We offer a $25 discount to anyone paying in full by CASH or CHECK at the beginning of the semester. We offer a 10% discount ($35 value) toward the tuition of each additional family member in the same household.

We are thrilled to be able to offer this discount to you starting this Fall! The same payment options are still available. You can pay in full by check or cash (with discount) or there is a monthly option via Credit/Debit card automatic draft (for 5 months total, Aug-Dec). The monthly option does require you to submit the Credit Card Approval form, so please let me know if you need that.

Once again, all lessons and classes will begin the week of August 23rd, so don’t delay! Go on our website and register just as soon as you can! Feel free to call or email me anytime.

Thanks and have a blessed week!

Conservatory Payment Reminders!

Good afternoon Conservatory Family!

Just a reminder on when tuition payments are due and the methods of payment available!

For all music and art students, if you have not paid in full for your semester’s tuition ($350), the remaining balance is now due. Many of you took advantage of the half/half payment option, so the remaining half payment is due at this time. Please contact the Music Office if you have any questions on your balance (228.1025).

For all dancers and acting students, your tuition is due at the 1st of each month. October’s tuition is now coming up, so plan to make your payment this next week to us so as to not be late! You do still have the option to pay for the rest of the semester if you so choose. Remember also about the $50 recital fee, to be paid towards the end of the semester.

You can either pay by check or online with your debit or credit card. For the online option, just click on the Register tab above and select the “Online Contributions page” link on the page. It will take you to where you can make an online payment. If you make an online payment, please be sure to indicate in the comments section that this payment is for Conservatory tuition, and include your child’s name.

If you pay by check, simply mail it or drop it off at my office or with your child’s instructor during class time. Thank you very much!

New Guitar Instructor, Chris Smith!

We are very pleased to welcome our new guitar instructor, Mr. Chris Smith, to our Conservatory this Fall! Mr. Smith teaches guitar to all ages and all levels, and having a love for all styles of music, Chris teaches his students the value of learning to read music, as well as having fun with modern pop and rock songs.  His primary goal is that the student develops a life long love of music as well as the guitar.

Mr. Smith teaches lessons on Thursdays, between 1:00 pm and 7:00 pm, in Room 306 on the 3rd floor in the Francis Building.

Please call the music office with any questions or for more information! Thanks!
