Here is the new schedule for Dance classes! We are still accepting registrations for all classes. Tuesday and Thursday classes to begin September 1st! Register now!!

4:00-5:00      JAZZ/BALLET  AGES 5-6

4:00-5:30      JAZZ/BALLET  AGES 7-9

4:00-5:00      BALLET  AGES  10+

5:00-7:00      JAZZ/BALLET/LYRICAL  AGES 10-12 *This class will be combined with the other 10+ classes starting Sept 7)

  • Tap 530 to 630

Thursdays ages 8 and up

  • Ballet 4 to 5pm
  • Jazz 5 to 6pm
  • Lyrical 6 to 7pm
  • Hip hop 7 to 8pm

WINTER PERFORMANCE –     SPOTLIGHT
This informal event allows the parents, grandparents, siblings, family and friends to  see what the dancers have learned thus far.
Cost:  $50.00 per dancer – includes costume

SPRING RECITAL
This showcase allows the parents, grandparents, siblings, family and friends to see the progressions that the dancers have made in a showcase performance.
Cost:

Dance        ages 5-6        Recital Fee:      $100.00  (includes 2 costumes)
Dance        ages 7-9        Recital Fee:      $100.00 (includes 2 costumes)
Dance        ages 10-12    Recital Fee:      $100-$150.00  depending on the classes the student takes
Dance        ages  13+      Recital Fee:      $100-$150.00  depending on the classes the student takes

  • Dance and Acting classes are taught on Mondays only.

OTHER CLASSES OFFERED!

Art, Voice, Piano, Guitar, Trumpet, Violin, & Cello

  • Music classes are taught Monday through Thursday each week.
  • A weekly 60-minute musicianship class will also be offered on Tuesdays this Fall! This class is included in the tuition, and is optional for all students. This class will be held on Tuesdays at 3:30 PM for Level 1 (Beginner) students and 4:30 PM for Level 2 (Intermediate) students.

Dance Camp Deadline Tomorrow (7/16)!!!

Tomorrow, Thursday, July 16th, is the deadline for registering your little girl for our Little Princess (ages 2-4) and Princess (ages 5-11) Dance Camps! Please email or call Amy in the Conservatory office ASAP if you’d like to register your child for either of these camps! (amyh@fbctrussville.org or 205-228-1025) Again, the deadline to register is TOMORROW!

Little Princess Dance Camp (ages 2-4)  •  9:30-11:00 AM  •  Monday (7/20) – Wednesday (7/22)  •  $70
Princess Dance Camp (ages 5-11)  •  11:00 AM-4:00 PM  •  Monday (7/20) – Friday (7/24)  •  $155
Your little one will receive age-specific instruction on dance basics as well as learn to glorify God and praise His name with dance!

The Little Princess Camp will take place Monday-Wednesday, while the Princess Dance Camp will take place Monday-Friday. For more information on these camps, or to register, please call the Music Office at 228-1025. Deadline for registration is Thursday, July 16th.
